White Series Diecast preordering does not guarantee fulfillment of order.
If the Item(s) cannot be fulfilled. or the item(s) is no longer available from any manufacture. The customer can choose to receive a full refund on each item(s). or be given the option to switch item(s) to a item(s) available, At the same price point.

Red Series Diecast preordering. Is 100% guarantee fulfillment. When you place a Red Series Preorder it is made to order. These Diecast MUST be ordered before the
end of the month they came out in.

ACME Diecast preordering for the most part, is 100% guarantee fulfillment. There are some rare instances. That a Preorder can be sold out.

In Stock refers to the item(s) is/are still available from the Manufacture. including preorder item(s). and will be fulfilled by their respected Manufacture ETA Unknow. On hand Inventory item(s) will be shipped as early as same day. excluding holidays and weekends.

Out of Stock:

If an item is marked "Out of Stock" Please send a Back in stock Request. We will check on
inventory levels from the manufacture. Please allow up to 7 business days. to return with an answer.

Order Cancelation

An Order can only be canceled in the first 24 hours after it was place, this includes Pre-Orders and Invoices.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped in an appropriately sized box and packing material. Most orders will be drop shipped directly from ADC, ACME TRADING CO., CARNEY PLASTICS to you.

Orders will only ship, When all Items are received and made ready for shipment.
We will not ship partial orders.

Wheel cover only orders. Will ship in a envelope style package with no tracking information given.

All units need to be examined and any damage or shortage reported as soon as possible, claims cannot be processed after 14 days. Whenever possible, inspect while delivery person is present.
Carney Plastics policy is for even exchange only. If we have shipped a case incorrectly, we will make arrangements to have it returned at no cost to our customer. If our customer has ordered the wrong case for their collection, we will exchange the case for the correct one with customer being responsible for return shipment, difference in price if case is more and shipping charges for replacement case to be shipped.

What's the difference between the White and Red Series?
​
​
White Series: 1/24 and 1/64 scale Diecast are limited production Collectables; they range in runs of 100 to no max. On avg. most runs are set around 250. Each car in the White Series 1/24 comes with a CoA and an individual number on the inter rear quarter panel. White Series 1/64 in most cases are unlimited till ADC stops putting them in the inventory lineup. Typically,
up to 4-5 years after the production date.

Red Series: 1/24 and 1/64 range in runs of 1 to no max. On avg. normally between 12 to 50. Why so low? Preorders only last 30 days and cannot be ordered after that end date. Only the Driver, Team, and Dealer used to retain the option to order up to one year after the release date. These do not have a CoA nor an individual number on the inter rear quarter panel.

The Driver, Team, and Dealer the team used. Will receive their cars between 30 to 60 days before Dealers. The percentage of cars that Driver, Team receives. Dictates the amount available to the 50+ nationwide ADC Certified Dealers throughout the US.
​
ACME Trading Co. cars can range wild from Driver, Teams and even from Dealer to Dealer. Due to shipping and receiving.
